Make the required payments, including the IMA membership fee of $295 and the CMA entrance fee of $300. Submit the exam fee payment of $495 per exam.

Receive an authorization code from IMA USA within 48 hours.

Schedule your exam through www.prometric.com using your authorization code.

Write Exam

Attend your scheduled exam at an authorized Prometric testing center.

Receive Results

Your exam results will be available within six weeks from the last day of the exam month.

Candidates need to take the CMA exam in person at a Prometric Test Center . If you reschedule or cancel an appointment within 30 days of the scheduled date, you must pay a rescheduling charge to Prometric. The exam appointment must be canceled 72 hours (3 days) before the exam date, based on the policy from Prometric. Appointments cannot be rescheduled to another further testing window. Exam results are typically available 6 weeks after the last day of the exam month.
